### Mandatory Requirements

**1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Presales / Telecalling / Inside Sales**

**Real Estate industry experience is mandatory**

Strong communication and convincing skills

Good lead follow-up and customer-handling abilities

Experience with CRM, Excel, WhatsApp & calling platforms

Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

**Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred**

### Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls from prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences
- Qualify leads and generate genuine sales opportunities
- Explain project details, pricing, configurations and offers




- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams
- Achieve calling, lead qualification and site-visit targets
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups and site visits

### Important Interview Requirement

**F2F Interview is mandatory after shortlisting.**
