The opportunity: Associate Consultant-TMT-Business Consulting Risk-CNS - Risk - Process & Controls - Mumbai

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements across Indian and international legal frameworks.
- Knowledge of Labour & Employment Laws, Environmental Laws, Occupational Health & Safety laws, and other applicable regulatory laws.
- Experience in conducting compliance assessments to identify gaps and support remediation planning.
- Ability to design and implement compliance frameworks aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in policy drafting, due diligence, and business strategy advisory from a risk and controls perspective.

Qualifications




- Bachelor of Laws / Master of Laws
