Job Description: Life & Health Insurance Sales Manager / Relationship Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience:

2 -5 years in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, or related sales roles. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Role Objective:

To drive business growth by acquiring new clients, developing existing relationships, and generating high-quality Life Insurance and Health Insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, networking, and client relationships.

- Identify prospective clients and conduct meetings to understand their financial protection and insurance requirements.

- Sell suitable Life Insurance and Health Insurance solutions based on client needs.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

- Generate referrals from existing clients and qualified networks.





- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into successful policies.

- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and client meetings to documentation, issuance, and after-sales service.

- Achieve assigned monthly and annual premium targets.

- Focus on acquiring quality clients and generating high-value premium business.

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell Life Insurance and Health Insurance to existing clients.

- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies for quotations, underwriting, medical requirements, policy issuance, and servicing.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and business generated.

- Participate in client presentations, seminars, networking events, and business development activities.

- Stay updated on insurance products, market developments, taxation aspects, and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure ethical sales practices and complete compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
