Role & responsibilities

The South Zone Trainer KeySoul will be the single point of contact for the assigned zone, driving sales enablement, product-led growth, leadership development, and Associate Buyer (AB) upliftment across her region.

This role is not limited to training deliveryit is a hybrid Sales + Training + Field Enablement function where the trainer directly contributes to:

Zonal sales target fulfilment

AB development & capability upliftment

Product penetration.

She will represent the KeySoul brand in the field, ensuring the right messaging, product positioning, and behaviour standards across all levels of the network. Strong field presence, influencing skills, grooming, and communication are essential.

- Strong on-ground presence and personality
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English, kannada, Tamil, Telgu




- Strong field influencing & motivational ability
- Powerful presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Proven experience in cosmetics, personal care, or direct selling
- Good understanding of makeup, skincare, and product demonstration
- Ability to translate product knowledge into sales outcomes
- High ownership, discipline, and accountability
