Back Office Executive Collections & Supply Chain

Industry: Iron & Steel
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

We are looking for an Executive Collection with experience in customer collections, preferably from the Iron & Steel / Metal Trading / Distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and overdue receivables through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
- Track payment commitments and ensure timely collection as per credit terms.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment, invoice and delivery-related queries.
- Maintain collection records, ageing reports and MIS.
- Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and support the team in achieving collection targets.





Required Skills:

- Excellent communication, telephone follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel; Tally/ERP knowledge preferred.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.

Qualification: Graduate B.Com / BBA / Any relevant qualification.

Preferred Experience: Candidates from Iron & Steel, Steel Trading, Steel Distribution or Metal Industry will be preferred.

CTC: As per experience and interview performance.
