Oracle EPM Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for Oracle EPM Consultants with robust functional/technical expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work with global clients.

Key Skills

Expertise in one or more:

- Planning EPBCS/PBCS: Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce, Capital
- FCCS: Consolidation, Close, Intercompany, Currency Translation
- PCM/PCMCS/EPCM: Profitability, Costing, Allocations, Rule Design
- EPM Integration: Data Integration, EPM Automate, REST APIs, ERP/EPM integrations
- Exposure to ARCS, Essbase, Smart View, Groovy, SQL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Design, configure and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Gather requirements and develop functional/technical solutions.
- Configure metadata, business rules, calculations, workflows and security.
- Develop and manage integrations and automation.




- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting and optimization.
- Collaborate with finance, business and global technology teams.

Experience

- 4- 6 Years Consultant: Hands-on expertise in at least one EPM module.
- 6 -9 Years Senior Consultant: End-to-end implementation, solution design and integration experience.
- 9+ Years Lead/SME: Multiple implementations, architecture/workstream leadership and deep module expertise.

Preferred

- Finance, planning, consolidation or profitability process knowledge.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to work with US time-zone overlap when required.
