Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store / Product Data Mapping Executive to support automotive parts data management, attribute mapping, product categorization, and data quality activities.

The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of product and part-level data.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Interchange Mapping for automotive parts and identify equivalent/replacement parts.
- Conduct Part Analysis and collect relevant product attributes.
- Research and collect Attribute List of Values (LOV) based on product requirements.
- Perform Attribute Definition and maintain accurate attribute information.
- Work on Parts Category Mapping and ensure products are assigned to the correct categories.
- Perform ACES Mapping and maintain accurate vehicle/part fitment data.
- Handle NAPA Mapping and NAPA Net-related data changes.
- Perform PHDB Clean-Up and identify/correct data inconsistencies.
- Conduct Digital Asset Research and identify relevant product images/assets.
- Work on Dorman Attributes and ensure required product information is captured accurately.
- Support STIBO Service activities related to product data management.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate data and perform necessary corrections.




- Follow defined data quality standards and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related queries and issues.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good understanding of product/parts data and categorization.
- Ability to perform online research and validate product information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn automotive aftermarket terminology and data standards.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in automotive aftermarket / automotive parts data.
- Knowledge of ACES, PIES, NAPA, Dorman or similar automotive data standards.
- Experience with STIBO or Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Experience in product attribute mapping, catalog management, or data cleansing.
- Knowledge of automotive parts interchange and fitment data will be an added advantage.

Experience

14 years of experience in Data Management, Product Data, Catalog Management, Data Mapping, or a related field.
