The key fields of play are:

Organization and Workforce Transformation - Integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models by applying capabilities such as scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics as well as talent strategy, leveraging our proprietary, award-winning EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Change Experience & Learning - Working with clients to define the recent Workforce Experience including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) as well as accelerated adoption through our digitally-enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via our EY Noggin Labs platform.

Purpose, Culture and Leadership - Align leadership and cultural programs with clients business strategy, purpose and operating model, adapting to the changing needs of their customers and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.

HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

- Hands on experience across HR transformation, Org design, Talent management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness engagements.



Translate complex business and people challenges into structured problem statements, hypotheses, analytical frameworks, and practical implementation plans. Drive data-driven decision-making through workforce analytics, organization diagnostics, benchmarking studies, and insights generation. Conduct research and analysis on emerging workforce trends, future of work, skills-based organizations, AI in HR, workforce planning, and talent transformation to enhance client solutions. Leverage HR technology knowledge across platforms and workforce planning solutions to advise clients on digital transformation priorities. Contribute to the development of People Consulting assets, accelerators, methodologies, thought leadership, and reusable intellectual property. Support proposal development, solution design, and pursuit activities by providing technical expertise, market insights, and relevant case studies. Continuously build expertise in areas such as strategic workforce planning, org transformation, GCC/GBS workforce models, HR operating model modernization, and AI-enabled employee experiences.

Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have
- MBA
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience
- Core People consulting experience (2-3 years)
- Functional HR experience
