Experience: 3–7 Years | Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineering
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects.
- Study drawings, tender documents, specifications, and project requirements.
- Analyze material, labour, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs.
- Review vendor/subcontractor quotations and support tendering and negotiations.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Design, and Commercial teams.
- Identify cost optimization and value engineering opportunities.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, estimation, and rate analysis preferred.
