- Support legal team in contract review, drafting and documentation.
- Assist in legal notices, litigation and case tracking.
- Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsels.
- Maintain legal records, agreements and MIS.
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare reports.
Qualification: LLB / LLM
Experience: Freshers / 02 years
