- Development of Sales Officers Develop sales officers in terms of product knowledge and the companys quality policy.
- Achievement of Sales Objectives Ensure achievement of sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Product Placement & Launch Place existing products and launch recent products in the assigned territory.
- Promotional Material Distribution Ensure effective distribution of company promotional materials.
- Order Collection & Forwarding Take orders from stockists and forward them to the Sales Depot (SD).
- Payment Realization Ensure payments are realized within the stipulated timeframe.
- Competitor Activity Reporting Monitor competitor activities and inform Head Office accordingly.
- Stockist Appointment Appoint new stockists in coordination with SD and ZBM.
