We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Enrolled Agent (EA) with solid US Taxation and IRS Resolution experience to support and share the workload of our IRS handling team.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling IRS-related matters, making and managing IRS calls, resolving complex tax issues, and supporting the team with guidance and expertise.

This role is suitable for someone who is both a strong hands-on individual contributor and has the potential to take on greater leadership and operational responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve IRS-related tax matters and client cases.
- Make and manage IRS calls, follow-ups, and case communications.
- Review complex tax and IRS resolution cases and provide appropriate guidance.
- Support and share the workload of the IRS handling team.
- Guide and assist team members with complex cases and IRS processes.
- Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and timely case resolution.




- Work within existing systems and processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Take ownership of cases and contribute to improving team efficiency and performance.
- Potentially take on greater team leadership and operational responsibilities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential is mandatory.
- Strong experience in US Taxation and IRS Resolution/Representation.
- Hands-on experience handling and communicating with the IRS.
- Experience with IRS notices, correspondence, case follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of US tax processes and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Preferred

- Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a US Tax/IRS Resolution team.
- Experience handling complex IRS cases and tax resolution matters.
- Experience in tax operations or process improvement.
- Leadership potential and willingness to take on broader responsibilities.
