International Banking Voice Process
1. Handle inbound/outbound calls from international banking customers.
2. Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, cards, payments,
and online banking.
3. Verify customer information and follow authentication/KYC procedures before providing account details.
4. Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Handle transaction-related issues, such as failed payments, pending transactions, refunds, and disputes.
6. Identify and escalate suspicious or fraudulent activities according to banking procedures.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in CRM systems.
