We are looking for a high-impact Senior Manager Sales to drive market expansion in the Chennai region. In this field-oriented business development role, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new Key and Core Customer Accounts (target revenue focus: up to INR 5 Lakhs/month per client).

Job Description

- Lead Generation & Market Penetration (45%):

- Execute targeted business development strategies to tap into potential client segments across Chennai.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through field visits, cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Lead end-to-end bid management, including proposal writing, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, and closure.

- Sales Execution & Revenue Growth (45%):

- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets in both volume and account value.
- Utilize CRM and sales force automation tools to manage leads, track conversion funnels,



and optimize daily efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Hub Field Sales Manager and operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.

- Reporting & Pipeline Management (10%):

- Monitor progress against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present pipeline status, market intelligence, and sales forecasts during regular reviews with executive leadership.

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
- Experience:

- 8–10 years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years in a large distributed service industry or B2B sales setup.
- Proven track record of acquiring recent business and driving B2B revenue growth.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and RFP/bidding processes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasive communication, and analytical skills with a strong result orientation.
