Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced *Accountant* with excellent knowledge of *Tally and inventory/stock management*. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records along with day-to-day stock and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day accounting activities using *Tally*.

* Maintain accurate *stock and inventory records*.

* Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices, and related documentation.

* Monitor stock movement, receipts, issues, and balances.

* Reconcile physical stock with system records.

* Maintain proper accounting and inventory documentation.





* Support GST-related accounting and other routine financial activities.

* Prepare reports related to accounts and inventory as required.

* Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, purchases, and accounts.

Requirements

* 35 years of relevant experience in accounting.

* *Excellent hands-on knowledge of Tally is mandatory.*

* Strong knowledge of *stock and inventory management*.- not mandatory for Mumbai location

* Good understanding of accounting processes and documentation.

* Knowledge of GST and basic taxation will be preferred.

* Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
