The selected professional shall be expected to independently handle and supervise:
- Signing of the Financial Statements for and on behalf of our firm.
- Income-tax assessments, appeals, rectification proceedings and other litigation matters;
- Taxation and regulatory matters relating to NGOs, charitable trusts and Section 8 companies;
- Registrations and compliances under Sections 12AB and 80G, FCRA and allied laws;
- Statutory audits, tax audits, financial statements and accounting supervision;
- GST advisory, returns, assessments, notices and appeals;
- MCA filings and corporate law compliances;
- Review and supervision of assignments handled by the qualified team;
- Client meetings, advisory discussions and professional correspondence;
- Internal office administration, workflow management and quality control; and
Development and expansion of the Firms professional practice.
