Role & responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, train, and manage insurance agents/advisors.
• Develop and maintain a strong agency network for business generation.
• Drive health insurance sales through agents and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Generate new business through prospecting, references, and market activities.
• Motivate and coach agents to improve productivity and achieve sales goals.
• Build robust relationships with customers and provide suitable health insurance solutions.
• Ensure proper follow-up, documentation, policy issuance, and renewals.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile





Graduate in any discipline
15 years of experience in insurance/BFSI sales preferred
Experience in agency/field sales will be an advantage
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented with good team-handling ability
Willingness to work in field and develop an advisor network
