Job Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks
- Drive shift-left testing by integrating automation early in the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster feedback
- Mentor and guide QA/SDET team members on best practices and technical excellence
- Identify gaps in test coverage and introduce innovative solutions using GenAI and agentic automation
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and ensure secure and reliable automation suites
- Define and enforce QA processes, standards, and quality metrics
- Continuously improve test efficiency, reduce execution time, and minimize false failures
