Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our construction services, generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential clients for construction projects and services.
- Develop recent business opportunities through calls, references, networking, digital marketing, and field visits.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their construction requirements and project needs.
- Present company services, ongoing projects, and proposed solutions to clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into successful business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the project, estimation, and technical teams for client requirements and proposals.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location: Chennai, Tambaram.

Salary: 4,00,000 per annum based on experience and performance.
