# Hiring AML/KYC | International Voice Process

**Location:** Hyderabad

**Process:** International Voice Process

**Salary:** Up to 5 LPA

### Eligibility

* Minimum **1 Year of Experience** in:

* Banking / Financial Services, **or**

* Any International Voice Process

* Excellent English communication skills

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts

* Immediate joiners preferred

### Key Responsibilities

* Handle international customers through a voice process

* Perform AML/KYC-related verification and customer checks

* Resolve customer queries professionally

* Follow banking, compliance, and process guidelines

* Identify and escalate suspicious or non-compliant activities
