Role & responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze daily business performance and productivity metrics
- Drive business planning, forecasting, and growth initiative
- Prepare impactful presentations for Leadership and OpCom reviews
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and business teams
- Build dashboards and generate insights using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to improve business outcomes
- Design and track sales contests, R&R; (Rewards & Recognition) programs, and productivity campaigns to drive business performance
- Develop and optimize incentive structures for sales and business teams based on organizational objectives and productivity metrics




- Evaluate effectiveness of incentive programs through data analytics and recommend improvements to maximize business impact

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Analytics, MIS, Sales Planning, or Business Planning
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services preferred
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence decision-making
- Prior exposure to sales incentive design, performance management, or business analytics will be an added advantage
