The prospect: Senior Project Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - New Delhi

Responsibilities

- Strong grounding in policy research, program evaluation, and monitoring and evaluation for public sector transformation initiatives. Proficient in using Excel, STATA, SPSS, and dashboard/reporting tools for rigorous data analysis and evidence generation. Experienced in preparing policy briefs, concept notes, analytical reports, and other evidence-based advisory outputs. Able to support formulation, review, and revision of policies, schemes, operational guidelines, and strategic frameworks. Capable of conducting baseline studies, impact assessments, mid-term reviews, and KPI/outcome indicator development with a focus on rural development programs.
