Looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Absence & OTL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Oracle Fusion HCM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence & OTL.
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective HR processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and processes.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence & OTL.
