We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International BPO processes across Voice, Blended (Voice + Chat), and Chat/Non-Voice support.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through International Voice, Chat, and Blended channels.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions to customer queries.
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle inbound customer interactions while following the defined process guidelines and SOPs.
- For chat/non-voice processes, manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update information in the relevant systems.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Achieve assigned KPI, productivity, quality, AHT, CSAT, and other process targets.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team as per the escalation matrix.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism during customer interactions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced international BPO/contact-center environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate as per process requirement.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered depending on the process.
- Experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Voice / Chat / Blended Process will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills for Chat/Blended roles.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and weekends as per business requirements.
- Candidates should be customer-focused, professional, and target-oriented.
