.Job Designation : Sr. Manager HRBP

Job Profile in Detail (Skills) :

- Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies and people initiatives with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee performance, leadership, organizational and change-related matters.
- Drive workforce planning, organization design, talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Lead performance management, employee engagement, and leadership capability-building programs.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters,



and workplace-related concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, HR policies, and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with Global Manufacturing, Business Units, and HR CoEs to implement global HR initiatives and best practices.
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive HR process excellence, employee experience, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Support Lean, operational excellence, transformation, and productivity initiatives from an HR perspective.
