Role & responsibilities

- Be available on ground at all times to handle customer site visits and field activities.
- Show residential properties/plots to customers based on their requirements such as budget, location, and preferences.
- Coordinate and accompany customers for property visits, explain project details, and resolve basic queries.
- Build rapport with customers and convert property visits into bookings.
- Actively follow up with customers after site visits to drive closures.
- This is a 100% field-based role (no desk job / no work-from-home).
- Incentives will be generated based on property showings and successful conversions, as per company structure.
- Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided for on-ground travel and site visits.
- Maintain daily updates on site visits, customer interactions, and conversions with the reporting manager.
