PLM Support Engineer (Teamcenter)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PLM Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter and other PLM applications. The candidate will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting workflow issues, supporting CAD integrations, resolving production issues, and ensuring smooth PLM operations across global business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Teamcenter PLM environments.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines.
- Support Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECR/ECO) processes and workflows.
- Monitor and maintain PLM application performance and availability.
- Investigate workflow failures, dispatcher issues, dataset validation problems, and integration errors.
- Support BOM management, release processes, and lifecycle management activities.
- Work on CAD integrations such as NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, and related engineering systems.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Coordinate with business users, development teams, and global stakeholders to resolve critical production issues.
- Support user access management, release deployments, and setting maintenance.




- Generate support metrics, ticket trend analysis, and operational reports.
- Participate in change management, system upgrades, and enhancement activities.
