- Own creative execution across video, static, social media, and advertising
- Lead and manage video editors, graphic designers, and creative team members
- Develop and refine creative concepts, storytelling, visual styles, and editing approaches
- Set creative quality standards and review output before publishing
- Remain hands-on with editing, design, and creative problem-solving when required
- Manage creative workflows, priorities, timelines, and delivery
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful creatives
- Drive creative innovation through new formats, trends, and AI-powered tools
