Work model - 100% work from office (no hybrid or remote option)
Coverage - 24 x 5 operations (Monday to Friday, round the clock) supporting Americas, EMEA and APAC
Shift requirement - Rotational shifts including night shifts. Candidates must be flexible to rotate across shift windows as per business requirement.
Job Summary
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, HR shared services, employee lifecycle administration or global mobility support.
- Hands-on processing experience across the pre-hire and onboarding lifecycle in a multi-country environment.
- Working knowledge of at least one major HCM or HRIS platform and a CRM or case management tool.
- Demonstrated accuracy on compliance-sensitive transactions, with solid attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Ability to manage a personal case queue against tight, hour-based service levels while supporting junior team members.
- Excellent written English.
Candidate and stakeholder communications are drafted independently at this level.
- Sound judgement on when to resolve a case and when to escalate it.
- Comfortable working from the Bangalore office five days a week and rotating across shifts including nights.
Preferred
- Workday HCM familiarity will be an added advantage, including Workday Onboarding, Recruiting or HCM Core.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps-based workflows.
- Country-specific onboarding compliance knowledge for high-volume geographies such as the United States, India, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia or Germany.
- Prior experience in a knowledge transfer or process documentation role.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
