FOS Executive – Agri (Field Sales)

Salary

17,000 NTH

Qualification

- Graduate preferred
- Candidates with relevant sales/agri-finance experience may also be considered

Experience

0–3 Years

- Freshers can apply
- Experience in Field Sales / BFSI / Agri Finance / Rural Sales preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Visit villages and rural areas regularly
- Meet farmers and understand their financial requirements
- Generate leads and source agricultural loans
- Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers
- Assist customers with documentation and application processes
- Follow up on loan applications until disbursement
- Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets




- Maintain strong relationships with farmers and local communities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Candidate Requirements

- Age: 21–34 Years
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Knowledge of the local language is mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
- Two-wheeler + Valid Driving Licence mandatory
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and documentation
