Area Manager (AM)
Role: Manage the assigned territory and MR team to achieve sales and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve area sales, growth and productivity targets.
- Manage, coach and motivate MRs.
- Conduct joint field work and improve call quality/conversion.
- Develop key doctors/customers and identify recent business opportunities.
- Monitor secondary sales, stockist performance and product availability.
- Track competition and implement company strategies.
- Ensure timely reporting, compliance and team discipline.
Qualification: Graduate/B.Pharm preferred with 37 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
