- Thorough Drawing study and raising timely RFI.
- Follow-up for drawings, material and decisions.
- Coordination with MEP consultant and CPT.
- Ensuring Timely raising of PR/SR.
- Follow-up with contractor for material and manpower, equipment etc.
- Raising issues to PM in case of quality, schedule & safety.
- Co-ordination between different contractors and agencies to maintain the project speed at the site.
- Contractor's material cross verification for quality and quantity before start of activity and whenever required.
