Key Responsibilities

- Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct & indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), statutory filings, tax audits, and compliance calendars.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain financial documentation, audit trails, legal agreements, and internal control SOPs.
- Project Accounting: Track project-wise costing, CAPEX, CWIP, asset capitalization, and budget vs. actual variance analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting, month-end closing, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reporting.
- Audit & Banking:



Lead internal and statutory audits; perform balance-sheet reconciliations and manage banking facilities (LCs, BGs).

Qualifications & Competencies

- Credential: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 23 years of post-qualification experience.
- Industry Expertise: Strong domain knowledge in Solar / Renewable Energy, along with exposure to EPC, Infrastructure, FMCG.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel, ERP/Tally proficiency, and deep knowledge of GST and Direct Tax laws.
- Mindset: Process-oriented, highly analytical, and detail-driven.
