HR Executive Work From Home

Job Description

Talent Acquaintance is hiring HR Executives for a Work From Home opportunity. This is a excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build their career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for international BPO bulk hiring.
- Source and screen candidates as per client requirements.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in campus hiring and recruitment drives.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Manage recruitment-related data and HR reports.
- Provide support during candidate onboarding and induction.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR-related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate Graduates who passed out in 2023 or later only.
- Excellent communication skills in English.




- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Stable broadband/Wi-Fi connection is required.
- Inverter/power backup is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from home.

Salary Structure

- 1st Month: 3,000 Take-Home Training Stipend
- 2nd Month Onwards: 12,300 Take-Home Salary + Incentives

Shift Timing

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
