- Lead the project team to deliver high-quality power transmission infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets for large-scale construction projects involving EPC contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 18-30 years of experience in construction management or a related field (power industry preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from concept to completion.
- Solid understanding of EPC contracting processes and ability to negotiate effectively with contractors.
- Experience working on high-voltage transmission lines or similar infrastructure projects.
