Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in community development, CSR, or related fields.
- Robust background in area management, program coordination, or similar roles.
- Proven track record in mobilizing teams towards achieving shared goals.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
