Roles and Responsibilities:
- Call assigned customers to understand their business requirements and qualify leads.
- Collect key information about the customer and their outlets, including outlet count, current software, and requirements.
- Identify interested customers and coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule product demos.
- Follow up with customers for demos, callbacks, and next steps.
- Verify AI-generated leads and review call recordings to identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Accurately update customer details, lead status, remarks, and dispositions in the CRM.
- Identify missed opportunities and provide feedback to improve AI-generated leads and processes.
- Maintain daily lead validation, calling, and productivity reports.
