Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify export documents including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Shipping Bill
- Bill of Lading/Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- Insurance Certificates
- Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
- Export declarations and related certificates
- Taking approval of Buyer for documents.
- * Handover of documents set to Finance."
- * Uploading Egypt Documents in their portal.
- * Arranging for payment of COO / Hscode varification / Embasey attestation and NAFISA portal from accounts.
- * Arranging Telex release for export shipments
- * Obtaining attestatoin of documents from respective country Embecy
- * Development in SAP / PHP.
- * Daily MIS:- Export
- * Weekly MIS

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and logistics providers for timely shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade requirements.
- Handle documentation related to export incentives, duty drawback, RoDTEP, and other schemes.
- Track shipment status and maintain communication with customers regarding dispatch details.




- Verify LC terms and ensure documentation is submitted accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain records of export transactions and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance, and sales teams for shipment readiness.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipment-related issues.
- Prepare periodic reports related to exports, shipments, and documentation status.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of export documentation processes.
- Familiarity with DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, and shipping procedures.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
