As a SharePoint Lead candidate responsible for solutioning and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Lead SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solution architecture initiatives across enterprise projects
- Define platform strategy, governance models, security standards, and best practices
- Mentor development teams, technical leads, and administrators
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand collaboration and document management needs
- Drive modernization initiatives from legacy SharePoint environments to cloud-first architectures
- Architect scalable and secure solutions using SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform,



and OneDrive
- Design enterprise intranet, document management systems, workflows, and knowledge management portals
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and integration strategies
- Define information architecture, taxonomy, metadata strategy, and content lifecycle management
- Lead development using SPFx, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and Power Apps, and integrate with third-party systems
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices for SharePoint deployments
- Establish governance policies for site provisioning, permission management, data retention, compliance, and auditing.

Job requirements:

- 9-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in SharePoint Solution Architect role.
- Robust understanding of Microsoft Teams collaboration platform and ability to design effective team sites using SharePoint.
- Proficiency in developing custom solutions on top of SharePoint platform including SPFx development.
