Service Coordinator & Tender Executive Instrumentation / E&I;

We are looking for a Service Coordinator & Tender Executive with experience in Instrumentation/E&I; services, tendering and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily service activities, site manpower deployment and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and technicians for ongoing projects/service jobs.
- Prepare technical & commercial quotations for Instrumentation/E&I; jobs.
- Review RFQs/tenders, Scope of Work, BOQ/SOR, PQC and commercial terms.
- Prepare tender summaries, costing sheets, BOQ and bid documentation.
- Handle online tender submissions including GeM and customer e-tender portals.
- Prepare manpower costing including salary, statutory perks, accommodation, travel, tools, PPE and other project expenses.
- Coordinate with customers for technical/commercial clarifications.
- Track submitted tenders, quotations, service orders and follow-ups.




- Collect service reports, timesheets, measurement sheets and other billing documents from sites.
- Coordinate with Accounts for timely invoicing and documentation.
- Maintain Service Tracker, Tender Tracker and project documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Instrumentation Maintenance, Calibration, AMC/ARC, Shutdown and Erection & Commissioning jobs.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, BOQ preparation and costing.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical or other process industries will be preferred.

Preferred Skills: Instrumentation Tendering, Service Coordination, GeM Tender, E-Tendering, BOQ, Costing, AMC, ARC, Calibration, E&I; Projects, Manpower Planning, Technical Proposal, Commercial Proposal.
