The role involves handling domestic and international travel enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable travel packages, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining solid customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international travel sales enquiries.
- Generate, follow up and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages, holidays, hotels and villas.
- Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and effectively close sales.
- Coordinate with hotels, vendors and internal teams for smooth booking execution.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
