1. Engineer / Sr. Engineer Manufacturing
Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and monitor manufacturing and fabrication activities for process equipment.
- Coordinate fabrication, assembly and production activities as per drawings and project schedules.
- Monitor production progress, productivity and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Design, Welding and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures, quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify production challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities.
- Maintain proper production records and reports.

2. Engineer / Sr. Engineer Machine Shop
Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
Experience: 3-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor machining activities for heavy engineering components.
- Handle machining operations as per drawings, specifications and production requirements.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity and production schedules.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to specified tolerances.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering teams.
- Identify machining-related issues and support corrective actions.
- Ensure safe and efficient utilization of machines, tools and manpower.

3. Engineer / Sr. Engineer Quality (Shop Inspection)
Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of fabricated process equipment.
- Inspect fit-up, welding, fabrication, dimensions and assembly activities.
- Verify work against engineering drawings, specifications, ITPs and applicable codes.
- Coordinate with Production, Welding, NDT and Project teams.
- Identify and document non-conformities.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer and project quality requirements.

4. Engineer / Sr. Engineer Quality (Material Inspection)
Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy
Experience: 3-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out inspection of incoming raw materials and bought-out components.
- Verify material specifications, dimensions, material test certificates and traceability.
- Ensure materials comply with applicable standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate material testing and inspection activities.
- Maintain material inspection and quality records.
- Identify material-related non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper identification, traceability and documentation of materials.

5. Shift Safety Engineer
Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Safety Engineering
Certification: PDIS / ADIS preferred
Experience: 3-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor EHS compliance across manufacturing and fabrication operations.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with PPE, work permit and safety procedures.
- Monitor high-risk activities including welding, gas cutting, lifting, working at height and confined-space activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Support incident and near-miss investigations.
- Recommend and monitor corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports and compliance documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the shop floor.

Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
3-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and engineering of static process equipment such as pressure vessels, reactors, columns, towers and heat exchangers.
- Prepare and review design calculations and engineering documents.
- Prepare/review fabrication and manufacturing drawings.
- Work in accordance with applicable ASME/API codes and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Projects and other engineering teams.
- Resolve design and fabrication-related technical issues.
- Support design optimization and ensure manufacturability.
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed mechanical and fabrication drawings for process equipment.
- Develop and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare manufacturing and fabrication drawings based on engineering requirements.
- Incorporate design changes and revisions accurately.
- Prepare detailed drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances and specifications.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and suitable for manufacturing and fabrication.
- Maintain proper drawing records and revision control.
