Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on Engineering and Heavy Equipment hiring. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri.com and other job portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Source suitable candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
- Develop talent pipelines for Engineering and Heavy Equipment-related positions.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri.com and other job portals.
- Prior recruitment experience in Engineering, Heavy Equipment, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Employment

- Salary: 25,000 per month
- Payroll: The selected candidate will be employed on a Third-Party Payroll basis.
