Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and record to report (RTR) processes.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of journal entries, adjustments, and other postings in the general ledger.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of financial reporting.

- Provide support for ad-hoc projects related to fixed assets, capitalization, depreciation, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years' experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in Record to Report (RTR), Intercompany Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Month End Reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Robust understanding of US GAAP principles and practices; knowledge of IFRS is an added advantage.
