Role & responsibilities

We are looking for two experienced Senior Geologists with expertise in Coal and Non-Coal mineral exploration, geological interpretation, resource estimation and Geological Report (GR) preparation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Surpac and be capable of independently handling geological data, modelling, resource estimation and preparation of technical reports for mining and exploration projects.

Required Technical Skills

- Solid hands-on proficiency in Minex & Surpac is mandatory.
- Geological modelling and 3D block modelling.
- Resource estimation and geological interpretation.
- Preparation of Geological Reports (GR).
- Hydrogeology project work and Non-Coal mineral geology.
- Knowledge of exploration drilling, core logging and sampling procedures.
- Interpretation of borehole, assay and geological datasets.
- Preparation of geological maps, sections and plans.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS software (QGIS/ArcGIS) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of applicable IBM/MoM, UNFC and other relevant mineral reporting guidelines.
- Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
