About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Senior Executive Social Media & Content with 2-4 years of experience to work closely with our Social Media Manager and co-manage the digital presence of Hanuman Das.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with personal brands, founders, influencers, thought leaders, or similar personality-led brands. Exposure to spirituality, wellness, self-development, or online courses will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Co-manage Hanuman Das's social media presence along with the Social Media Manager.
- Create and execute engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop content ideas, calendars, captions, posts, reels, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Repurpose podcasts, videos, and long-form content into engaging social media content.
- Support podcast content planning, promotion, and distribution.
- Create basic creatives using Canva and perform basic video editing.
- Support promotion of Hanuman Das's spirituality courses,



programmes, and other offerings.
- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recent content formats.

Preferred Candidate

- 2-4 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Personal Branding.
- Experience working with a personal brand, founder, entrepreneur, influencer, thought leader, or public personality preferred.
- Prior podcast experience will be an advantage.
- Exposure to spirituality, wellness, mindfulness, self-development, coaching, or education preferred.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video editing.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, trend-aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
