Job Description:

Sr. Architect ASMEP Design & Build Private Limited, is a global EPC firm in India, renowned for delivering innovative, integrated, and reliable engineering & construction solutions. We are seeking a self-driven and technically sound Senior Architect as per below roles & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Develop concept, schematic, and detailed designs for EPC projects Ensure design feasibility aligned with project scope and timelines

Project Coordination: Coordinate with MEP, structural, and project execution teams Ensure seamless integration of architectural and engineering designs

Client & Stakeholder Management: Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors for design approvals Present design concepts and address client requirements

Design Review & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, codes, and standards Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy

Cost & Value Engineering:



Optimize designs for cost efficiency without compromising quality Support project teams in cost estimation and material selection

Execution Support: Provide design clarifications during project execution Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance

The role demands to manage end-to-end Accounts & Finance operations for ASMEPs Design & Build business, ensuring accurate financial control, project profitability, statutory compliance, and supporting management in achieving revenue growth and margin improvement. Systems.

Location : Navi Mumbai
