Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel berthing, cargo handling and vessel turnaround.
- Liaise with shipping lines, agents, stevedores, customs and port authorities.
- Monitor cargo movement, equipment and manpower deployment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and port regulations.
- Maintain operational reports, documentation and MIS.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal departments.
- Track KPIs such as berth utilisation, cargo productivity and vessel turnaround time.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Maritime, Port Management or related field.
- 10 to 12 years experience in port, shipping, terminal or logistics operations.
