- Manage procurement processes from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions for purchases.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) in SAP system and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Proficiency in SAP system, particularly in procurement modules.
- Robust understanding of PO creation process and ability to prepare accurate documents.
- Excellent communication skills with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members.
