About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our team.

This will be technical and business-focused role, where the candidate will not only work on AI/ML, LLM and Generative AI solutions but will also act as an internal AI champion.

The person will work closely identify gaps and repetitive activities, and design AI-driven solutions that can improve efficiency, automation, accuracy and MIS for decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. LLM & Generative AI

- Design, integrate and implement LLM and Generative AI solutions for internal business requirements.
- Work with platforms/models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, open-source LLMs, etc.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI models and tools based on business requirements.

AI Agents / Agentic AI

- Design and develop AI Agents to automate business processes and repetitive tasks.
- Explore agentic AI capabilities using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT and other emerging AI frameworks as per application need
- Develop workflows where AI can proactively perform tasks, analyse information and provide training to users.

3. Prompt Engineering

- Develop and optimize prompts using techniques such as:
- Single-shot prompting
- Few-shot / multi-shot prompting
- Role-based prompting
- Negative prompting
- Structured output and reasoning-based approaches

4. AI Solution Architecture

- Understand business/process gaps and propose AI-based solutions.
- Convert business requirements into clear AI workflows, agents, automation solutions and technical prototypes.
- Prepare and demonstrate PoCs for identified use cases.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Identify opportunities where AI can be integrated into existing ERP and business processes.
- Communicate AI concepts and proposed solutions effectively.

6. Prototyping & Implementation

- Develop rapid PoCs and prototypes.
- Test solutions with business users, collect feedback and continuously improve them.




- Support integration of successful PoCs into production systems.

7. Continuous Learning & imparting trainings to end users

- Stay updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, tools and open-source technologies for potential enterprise adoption.

Required Skills

Experience:

- 02 years of professional, academic or internship experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Technical Skills:

- Basic hands-on knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks.
- Foundational understanding of LLMs, Generative AI and AI Agents.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Familiarity with frameworks required by AI Agents
- Understanding of API integration and working with AI/LLM APIs.

Problem Solving & Initiative:

- Ability to independently identify process improvement opportunities.
- Willingness to explore new AI tools and technologies and convert ideas into working prototypes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related field.
- Experience developing APIs using required tools like FastAPI, Flask or similar frameworks.
- Basic familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure , Google Cloud.
- Willingness to develop automation tools, workflow platforms or ERP integrations.
- Academic/project experience in Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents or LLM-based applications.
